据日本时事通讯社报道，当地时间7月31日上午9时许，在东京都千代田区，两名男性中国人在街上突然被4名男子用铁管殴打。两名中国人受重伤。
据报道，这4名男子在作案后逃离现场，警方正在追捕。据称两名受害者并不认识这4个人。
