主裁：詹姆斯-卡珀斯，曾经吹罚西决G1、G5，东决G2、G6以及总决赛G3。
第二裁判：约什-蒂文，曾吹罚西决G3，东决G5以及总决赛G4。
第三裁判：肖恩-赖特，曾吹罚东决G4和总决赛G4。
替补裁判：詹姆斯-威廉姆斯。
