万马科技6月9日公告，董事会于近日收到公司副董事长兼总经理闫楠的辞职申请。闫楠因个人身体等原因申请辞去公司副董事长、总经理、董事会战略委员会委员等职务，辞职后不再担任公司及子公司的任何职务，不再参与公司的运营与决策。公司在聘任新的总经理之前，总经理职责由公司董事长张禾阳代行。
