具体时间安排
6月1日-10日：英超转会窗口开放时间
6月15日：世俱杯开幕时间
6月16日：英超转会窗口重新开放
6月18日：公布英超赛程
7月1日：英超球队恢复季前训练
7月26日：季前赛陆续开启
8月：社区盾杯（时间待定）
8月16日：联赛正式开始
