人民财讯5月29日电，5月29日，招商证券作为首批试点发行人，在上交所成功开展2025年公开发行短期公司债券（第二期）（续发行）簿记发行，发行规模15亿元。该债券原存量规模为27亿元，本次续发行完成后，单只债券累计规模达42亿元。这是全市场首批公司债“续发行”，标志着原本仅限于国债和政金债领域的“续发行”拓宽至公司债，存量公司债券可通过增量发行与存量债券合并上市挂牌。
