5月6日，环球医疗（02666）发布公告，宣布将更换核数师。由于安永会计师事务所已连续担任公司核数师超过十年，公司启动核数师公开聘选程序。安永将于2025年5月28日的股东周年大会结束时退任。
公司董事会建议委任信永中和（香港）会计师事务所为新的核数师，任期自股东周年大会结束后开始，直至下届股东周年大会结束。
