资料显示，国证定增指数反映了沪深北交易所拟定向增发上市公司的整体表现选样指标：按照预计募集金额从高至低排序，选取排名在前100名的证券构成指数样本。指数发布日期为2015年2月17日，基点1000.0点。
国证定增指数前十大权重包括：胜宏科技（1.3%）、南方精工（1.24%）、福达股份（1.22%）、立新能源（1.19%）、天海防务（1.18%）、京基智农（1.11%）、惠城环保（1.11%）、神农集团（1.11%）、鲁抗医药（1.11%）、凯因科技（1.11%）。
从阶段收益率计算，国证定增近1个月下跌5.83%、近3个月上涨5.28%，今年来累计上涨4.06%。
