在此前两场小组赛中，中国U17国少中场球员刘柄麟在两轮比赛中分别领到黄牌，将因两黄停赛缺席对阵泰国U17的比赛。
目前，U17国少与泰国U17在前两轮比赛中均输球，两队已经提前一轮出局，无缘晋级亚少赛8强与世少赛。
