财联社3月12日电，PIMCO董事总经理、亚太主管柯盛民表示，由于美国实施关税措施，美国今年陷入经济衰退的可能性已经提高，他估计机率达35% 。这一机率高于PIMCO去年12月时评估的15%机率。
