2月18日上海天气晴好，全市大部分地区最高气温在11到13℃之间。
回顾这个还未结束的冬季，上海气温比常年平均偏高，雨水则少了很多。自2024年12月1日至今，徐家汇站总降雨量为52.8毫米，较常年同期162.8毫米的平均降雨量少了七成，为近40年来同期雨水最少。
