财中社1月14日电 ESR（01821）发布公告，董事会宣布独立非执行董事Simon James McDonald已被委任为公司提名委员会成员，自2025年1月14日起生效。提名委员会由三名独立非执行董事组成，包括提名委员会主席Brett Harold Krause及Simon James McDonald和蓝秀莲。
