北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）12月27日，华润置地发布公告称，窦健因其他工作安排，辞去非执行董事及企业管治委员会成员职务，该辞任于2024年12月27日生效。
据悉，窦健与董事会并无意见分歧，且辞任事宜无需提呈股东及香港联合交易所有限公司注意。
