《 崔頠墓志 》清拓本，29.5×31.0厘米，四开半。北魏天保四年（553年）。书法秀劲严整，虽中杂篆隶，却无险怪之习，几似南朝人所为，绝无北方习气。石清道光、咸丰年间出土于山东益都，曾归益都孙氏、济南沈仲常，现存山东青州市博物馆。
