从鸟栖沙岩转会而来的横山步梦，与伯明翰签下了一份为期三年的合同。横山步梦将身穿伯明翰的33号球衣。
在本赛季的J联赛比赛中，横山步梦已经代表鸟栖沙岩出场24次，打进5球并送出3次助攻。
