记者从哈尔滨市文化广电和旅游局获悉，2023年度，按常规口径监测，哈尔滨市共接待总游客量1.35亿人次，同比增长145.78%，比2019年增长41.4%。全市实现旅游总收入1692.45亿元，同比增长239.03%，比2019年增长7.4%。
