蒋廷锡（1669—1732），字酉君、杨孙，号南沙、西谷，又号青桐居士，江苏常熟人，是清朝康熙、雍正时期官员、画家。
著录：《石渠宝笈（初编）》（载：“蒋廷锡画牡丹谱二册，素绢本，着色画，每幅笺书标目，凡百种，末幅款云：‘臣蒋廷锡恭画’。上下册各计五十幅。”）
