11月13日，北京市第412场新冠肺炎疫情防控工作新闻发布会召开。北京青年报记者从现场获悉，朝阳区人民政府副区长孟锐介绍，朝阳区连夜研判调整风险区域，经疾控专家研判，陆续解除了高中风险区83个。
