近日，有博主发文称：8月19号一老人跟随施工队在民政局三楼施工，因天热中暑，送医过程中脑出血，目前老人一直处于昏迷状态，已经在寻求各部门帮解决，暂时没结果，施工队负责人不见踪影，无法联系到。家中老人急需治疗费，家人无力承担。希望有关部门帮忙处理解决 。
