近日，商务部下发年内第二批原油非国营贸易进口允许量5,269万吨，同比去年3524万吨的数量增加1,745万吨或49.5%。至此，前两批累计下发16,172万吨，同比去年前两批15783万吨的额度，增加2.5%。
