杜恒灿行书诗卷《姑熟九日感怀》，故宫博物院藏。
杜恒灿， 生卒不详，字杜若，号苍舒，三原人。 约清圣祖康熙初前后在世。 顺治五年（1648年）副榜贡生。 历为郎廷极、贾汉复、梁化凤诸人门客，毕生出入幕府中，以卖文为活。 考职授通判，末仕而卒。 著有《春树草堂集》六卷。
