证券时报e公司讯，津滨发展(000897)1月21日晚间公告，公司通过公开摘牌方式受让天津滨堡房地产开发有限公司51%股权，挂牌和摘牌价格为1843万元。受让完成后，滨堡房地产成为公司全资子公司，会增加公司资产规模和项目开发规模。滨堡房地产所开发的“津滨开（挂）2019-3 号地块”项目仍在开发建设阶段。
