滨海新区区委回复：：经核查，在目前现行经区政府批复的控规中，南益小学北侧地块规划为二类居住用地，并规划配置菜市场、社区商业服务、邮政所、幼儿园等服务设施；南益小学南侧地块规划为医院用地、行政办公用地及公共绿地。
