金秋时节，安徽省阜阳市颍上县半岗镇滩涂绿草茵茵，牛羊成群，鹭鸟嬉戏，风光旖旎。半岗镇紧临淮河，拥有滩涂湿地近万亩。近年来，该镇充分利用独特的自然资源，大力发展水产养殖、水禽养殖、水生蔬菜“三水”产业，探索出一条以水兴县、以水富民的路子。
