龙头新闻迅（记者何兴丽）4日，记者从哈尔滨市交警部门了解到，3日23时，长江路北幅路面积水排空，长江路（HBP总部至成高子道口）解除封闭，其中长江路（黄家崴子路至成高子道口路段）实行单幅双向通车。4日12时许，长江路（黄家崴子路至成高子道口路段）双幅开通，解除封闭。
哈尔滨市交警部门提醒驾驶人，目前该路段仍有施工车辆，请过往车辆多留意，小心驾驶。
