鲁班花苑二期项目是河津市今年确定的80项重点工程之一，位于小梁乡小梁村东鲁大道以北，东临209国道，南邻鲁班大道，总投资3000余万元，占地面积12亩。工程于8月中旬开工建设，建设项目包括六栋七层砖混结构电梯住宅楼，可容纳210户村民入住。图为近日，打桩机、铲车正在现场进行施工作业。
