格隆汇8月11日丨酷派集团(02369.HK)公告，董事会宣布，集团于公开市场上进行了一系列收购事项。于2026年7月30日至8月10日(东部标准时间)期间，公司全资附属公司Digital Tech收购了合共2.48万股MSTR股份，总代价约为2,382,612美元(不包括印花税及相关开支)，相当于每股MSTR股份约96.07美元(相等于约750.33港元)。
