7月8日，中粮科技（000930）发布公告，公司总会计师胡昌平因工作变动申请辞职，之后将继续在公司下属子公司担任董事职务。
同时，公司召开董事会，同意聘任董珊杉为新总会计师（财务负责人），任期至九届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，中粮科技实现收入38.79亿元，归母净利润-1.21亿元。
