欧盟委员会主席冯德莱恩25日宣布，欧盟当天向乌克兰拨付了32亿欧元的贷款。这是欧盟向乌提供的900亿欧元贷款中的首笔资金。
今年2月，欧洲议会投票通过一项总额900亿欧元的乌克兰援助贷款，以满足乌克兰2026至2027年度的财政需求。4月，欧盟正式批准这笔贷款。
