近日，四川成都，有顾客反映入住全季酒店时，发现浴巾架上留有客人留下的内裤。
对此，全季酒店（成都武侯太平园地铁站）工作人员回应称，确实存在客房疏忽，已对相关员工进行复盘和培训。
