5月13日，连连数字（02598）发布公告，董事会决定于2026年6月5日的年度股东会结束时，罗兵咸永道会计师事务所将退任公司核数师，并不再续聘。
公司建议在年度股东会上委任德勤•关黄陈方会计师行为新核数师，预计德勤在2026年的酬金将介于300万元至400万元。
