格隆汇5月13日丨美的集团(00300.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，认购协议项下的所有先决条件已获达成或根据认购协议获豁免，本金总额86.24亿港元的2027年债券及本金总额86.24亿港元的2033年债券的发行已于2026年5月13日完成。债券于维也纳证券交易所运营的Vienna MTF上市的申请已于2026年5月13日提交。
