财联社5月13日电，CPO概念盘中震荡回升，安孚科技反包涨停，创历史新高，此前可川科技2连板，光莆股份涨超10%，东田微、华盛昌、天孚通信、致尚科技跟涨。消息面上，国盛证券研报表示，光隔离器是800G/1.6T高速光模块，尤其是硅光方案的必需组件，随着硅光，1.6T光模块放量，其上游核心组件法拉第旋光片全球供应持续吃紧。
