5月12日，ST百灵（002424）发布公告，近日公司召开第六届董事会第二十六次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任董事会秘书的议案》。
董事会决定聘任李泽钧为公司董事会秘书，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会届满之日止。
2026年一季度，ST百灵实现收入6.44亿元，归母净利润2819万元。
