重度肥胖患者曾经接受过某医院大隐静脉抽剥术，但静脉压力仍然居高不下，足踝区血管脆弱。术后出现三次大出血。但血流动力学检查并未发现严重的反流源头。建议首先减肥至少30公斤、局部绷带加压。后续再处理。
