财联社5月12日电，房地产板块反复活跃，深振业A触及涨停，深深房A涨超8%，滨江集团、深物业A、招商蛇口、特发服务跟涨。消息面上，据深圳中原地产披露的数据，2026年5月1-5日，新房(预售+现售)网签275套，同比增长45.5%；二手房成交121套，同比增长80.6%。
