近日，上海警方全链条侦破一起网络餐饮证件造假案，抓获9名犯罪嫌疑人。犯罪嫌疑人为了吸引商户加盟自己的餐饮品牌，帮助商户伪造证照，在网上注册“套壳外卖”，形成了集招商、办证、入驻、牟利于一体的犯罪黑产业链。
