近日，国家网信办、国家发展改革委、工业和信息化部联合印发《智能体规范应用与创新发展实施意见》，其中指出，引导国内人工智能开源社区加强智能体布局，开展智能体与开源芯片、开源操作系统、开源大模型兼容适配。引导企业、高校、科研机构积极参与智能体框架、交互接口、工具链等开源项目，推动技术体系融通发展，加快提升国际影响力。
