格隆汇4月27日｜Critical Metals公布一份意向书，计划收购European Lithium的全部已发行股份。根据拟议交易，股东每持有1股European Lithium股份将获得0.035股Critical Metals股份。基于该交换比例和Critical Metals于2026年4月22日的收盘价，支付给European Lithium股权持有人的总对价约为8.35亿美元。该交易需签署最终协议，预计将于2026年下半年完成。
