4月20日，万讯自控（300112）发布公告，王琼因个人原因申请辞去公司财务负责人职务，辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务。公司董事、总经理傅晓阳将代行财务负责人职责，直至公司聘任新的财务负责人。
2025年，万讯自控实现收入10.31亿元，归母净利润-6891万元。
