At MIC, the best decisions often come from places closest to daily life.

走进学校餐厅，显眼处张贴着学生意见反馈渠道——这不是摆设，而是一套高效运转的沟通机制。学生们可以提出对菜品口味、营养搭配或就餐环境的建议，而后勤部门则会在每周例会上逐条研究，并在下一周的食谱中做出可见的调整。

Enter the school cafeteria, and you'll see prominently posted student feedback channels—this is not a token gesture, but a well-functioning communication mechanism. Students can offer suggestions on menu taste, nutritional balance, or the dining environment. The logistics team reviews each suggestion at their weekly meeting and makes visible adjustments to the following week's menu.

Wandering around the MIC campus, you'll find surprises in many corners: student-created original paintings on the walls at the end of hallways, handmade crafts displayed in public areas, and creative installations in the nooks of academic buildings. These are not decorations purchased by the school, but the fruits of student campus co-creation.

学校鼓励学生将自己的才华与热爱，转化为装点校园的实际行动。这种参与感极大地激发了学生的归属感——每一处细节，都融入了学生对校园生活的理解与热爱。

如果说提意见是“参政议政”，那么学生自主经营的咖啡角就是一次实打实的“创业预演”。

If voicing opinions is "participating in governance," then the student-run coffee corner is a real "entrepreneurial rehearsal."

在美伦校园里，这个由学生全权负责的角落，是大家将兴趣热爱转化为实践能力的小天地，也是一块提前探索创业的 “试验田” 。从计算成本、制定营销策略，到排班管理和客户服务，同学们将课堂上学到的商务知识运用到真实的经营场景中。

On the MIC campus, this corner, fully managed by students, is a small space where they turn their interests and passions into practical abilities, and a "testing ground" for exploring entrepreneurship in advance. From calculating costs and formulating marketing strategies to shift management and customer service, students apply the business knowledge learned in class to real operational scenarios.

更值得一提的是，咖啡角所获的全部营收，都会反哺美伦学生社团的日常运营，让更多同学的兴趣与热爱有了落地的土壤。

What's more, all revenue generated by the coffee corner is reinvested into the daily operations of MIC's student clubs, providing fertile ground for more students' interests and passions to take root.

在美伦，校园活动的策划与执行，从来不是老师的“独角戏”，而是学生的“主战场”。

At MIC, the planning and execution of campus events have never been a teacher's "solo performance," but a student's "main battlefield."

“粉衫日” 活动中，从策划、视觉设计到互动环节，由学生筹备组完成。校园节日庆祝活动中，总有学生摊位的身影——元宵节学生们自制汤圆进行“团圆义卖”。学生们全程主导，在实践中学会了项目管理与团队协作。

For the "Pink Shirt Day" anti-bullying campaign, the student organizing team handled everything from planning and visual design to interactive sessions. During campus festival celebrations, student-run booths are always present—for example, students made their own tangyuan (sweet rice balls) for a "Reunion Charity Sale" during the Lantern Festival. Taking the lead throughout, students learned project management and teamwork in practice.

学生志愿者：支撑校园运转的“隐形力量”

除了台前的创意与策划，美伦还有一支无处不在的 “隐形力量”——学生志愿者服务队伍。他们或许不常站在聚光灯下，却是学校各项工作中不可或缺的支撑。
