香港中原地产监测数据显示，今年一季度，香港新房市场累计录得5373宗买卖登记，涉及总金额达628亿港元，这两项数据同比分别上涨38%及94%，均创下历年同期新高。由于登记数据存在滞后，一季度实际新房成交量达6300宗，创2013年香港一手房新规实施以来同期新高。
