新京报贝壳财经讯 3月15日，港交所文件显示，合肥芯碁微电子装备股份有限公司（简称“芯碁微装”）向港交所递交上市申请，独家保荐机构为中金公司。此前该公司曾于2025年8月31日向港交所递交招股书。根据招股书，芯碁微装是全球最大的PCB直接成像设备供应商，致力于为客户制造、销售及维护直接成像及直写光刻设备。
