2月6日，山大地纬（688579）发布公告，董事会于近日收到公司现任高级副总裁孙明提交的书面辞职报告。
孙明因工作调整原因申请辞去公司高级副总裁职务，辞职自2026年2月6日起生效。辞职后，孙明将继续担任职工代表董事、工会副主席及信息中心主任。
2025年前三季度，山大地纬实现收入3.26亿元，归母净利润3152万元。
