格隆汇1月28日丨中深建业(02503.HK)公告，根据对集团截至2025年12月31日止年度(「2025年度」)的未经审核综合管理账目及董事会现时可得资料的初步评估，集团预期2025年度将录得公司拥有人应占亏损介乎约人民币1600万元至人民币2000万元，相比之下，截至2024年12月31日止年度(「2024年度」)的公司拥有人应占溢利约为人民币194.4万元。2025年度转盈为亏主要归因于工程施工项目数量较2024年度减少，导致集团收入减少。
