中金公司(601995)1月22日公告，因工作调整，徐翌成不再担任公司管理委员会成员职务，并不再代为履行公司财务负责人职责，这一职责将由中金公司总裁王曙光兼任。与此同时，因工作调整，孙男不再担任公司管理委员会成员、董事会秘书、联席公司秘书职务，董事会聘任梁东擎为董事会秘书及联席公司秘书。
