财联社1月22日电，据央视新闻，美国总统特使威特科夫22日在世界经济论坛年会期间表示，特朗普提议为乌克兰设立免关税自由贸易区。威特科夫表示，“特朗普总统谈到了为乌克兰创建免关税区，（创建后）工业会开始大规模迁移到该地区，从乌克兰向美国出口商品时将不需支付关税。”
