1月11日，浙江台州陈女士称，邻居陈某某持刀和矛行凶致她家人1死2伤案21日将开庭。
陈女士称，她家和邻居陈某某存在矛盾，2025年5月陈某某去蹲守她弟弟并杀害，随后继续持凶器到她家行凶。
起诉书显示，陈某某行凶的长矛系2024年9月从网络购买，行凶后服用毒鼠强自杀未果，随后向警方投案。2025年10月，警方以陈某某涉嫌故意杀人罪向检察机关移送起诉。
