智通财经APP讯，荃银高科(300087.SZ)公告，公司股票将于2026年1月9日(星期五)上午开市起复牌。在2025年12月4日至2026年1月5日要约收购期限内，最终有3763个账户，共计2.98亿股股份接受收购人中国种子集团有限公司(简称“中种集团”)发出的要约。要约收购完成后，中种集团持有公司3.84亿股股份，占公司总股本的40.51%。
