财联社12月31日电，微博公告，控股股东新浪公司在根据开曼群岛公司法第238条所进行涉及其私有化的估值程序中收到不利判决。新浪已就该判决向开曼群岛上诉法院提出上诉，上诉法院已批准暂缓执行该判决及相关命令，直至得出上诉结果。
