智通财经APP讯，江苏宁沪高速公路(00177)公布，2025年12月30日，公司第十一届董事会第十八次会议审议通过了《关于向子公司丹金公司增资的议案》，同意公司向控股子公司丹金公司进行现金增资，增资金额为约人民币1.28亿元。本次增资完成后，公司对丹金公司的持股比例由74.5998%降至69.2845%。
